Younes El Aynaoui (MAR) beat Mikael Pernfors (SWE) 6-4, 6-4

Younes El Aynaoui (MAR) wasted no time in disposing of Mikael Pernfors (SWE) in the first game on centre court. The Moroccan won 6-4, 6-4 in blistering mid-day heat, that was his second victory of the Nottingham Masters and left Pernfors with three straight defeats.

Greg Rusedski (GBR) beat Cedric Pioline (FRA) 6-3, 6-2

Three wins out of three for Greg. He wasted little time on court disposing of Frenchman Cedric Pioline. However his army of G-Force fans would probably have enjoyed seeing a little more of the former British number one.

Laura Robson (GBR) beat Olga Savchuk (UKR) 7-5, 1-5, 17-15 STB

Another thrilling match between these two talented girls, this time Robson emerged victorious to level the score 1-1. The third and final deciding match will be played tomorrow. Read the match report here:

McNamara (AUS) & Jarryd (SWE) beat Bahrami (IRN) & Nastase (ROU)

Richard Krajicek (NED) beat Mats Wilander (SWE)

Three wins out of three for Richard Krajicek as he beat Mats Wilander 6-2, 7-6. Despite beating fellow Swede Mikael Pernfors, two defeats and a win wasn't enough for Mats Wilander who misses out on the finals tomorrow. Instead he will be in doubles action. Whilst Richard Krajicek will now face Greg Rusedski (GBR) in tomorrow's final.

Anders Jarryd (SWE) beat Barry Cowan (GBR)

Anders Jarryd (SWE) made the third-place play off after inflicting Barry Cowan's third straight defeat of the event. Jarryd won 6-3, 7-5, and will now face Younes El Aynaoui in the play-off match tomorrow.
