Rusedski, Krajicek in Nottingham

Mansour Bahrami the man behind the moustache will come and entertain crowds with his skill and talent on centre court. Richard Krajicek, ex Wimbledon Champion with a career high ranking of 4 is sure to impress, while Peter McNamara who made his name in doubles and continues to do so playing on the legends circuit, will be gracing the courts.

Greg Rusedski the English champion, is pleased to be playing at Nottingham "I am really looking forward to playing in Nottingham this summer against legends of the game such as Bahrami and Wilander. I'm hoping to build upon my success at the Albert Hall last December and whilst it is always fun to play against these guys, the competitive spirit never really goes away so I'll be expecting some great matches."

Also arriving into the Nottingham Tennis Centre will be Cedric Pioline - Royal Albert Hall’s champion in 2008, (defeating Greg Rusedski) and the Nottingham Open champion in 1999. The Swedes are also arriving in force with Mats Wilander, former World Number 1, and Anders Jarryd - featuring to battle it out on the centre court over four days, alongside Illie Nastase and the man with the record of the longest match in a Grand Slam fifth set, Younes El Aynaoui (against Andy Roddick in Australian Open in 2003).

Full schedule of play will be announced a week before the event. The tournament will be a round robin format with each day play beginning at midday with singles and doubles legends matches continuing all afternoon.
